2013 PHS Pop-Up Recognized by WLA
The 2013 Pennsylvania Horticultural Society Pop-Up Garden was published in World Landscape Architecture recognizing the transformation of the vacant 313 South Broad Street lot last summer. LAND COLLECTIVE’s David Elliott was the lead designer for the project while at the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society in collaboration with Groundswell Design Group.
