California Memorial Stadium receives a SCUP/AIA-CAE EXCELLENCE IN ARCHITECTURE AWARD FOR RESTORATION OR PRESERVATION. The Honor Award acknowledges the University of California, Berkeley for California Memorial Stadium & The Simpson Center. David Rubin designed the plaza while partner at Olin in collaboration with HNTB Architecture and STUDIOS Architecture; Webcor Builders; Bellecci & Associates, Inc.; Forell/Elsesser Engineers, Inc.; WSP Flack+Kurtz; Knapp Architects; Horton Lees Brogden; WJHW; Lloyd Engineering; Debra Nichols Design; The Fire Consultants, Inc.; Dewhurst Macfarlane. The award is listed on the Society for College and University Planning’s website. Congratulations to the team!
