Situated on a transect of land between Seven Mile Beach and the North Sound on Grand Cayman – the largest of three islands in the Caribbean that comprise the Cayman Islands – the town of Camana Bay stands on 500 acres. This unique community was developed by Dart Realty following a visionary plan reinforcing a holistic approach to urban and urbane living – live/work/play amenities, including an international school, a vital town core, and a variety of housing types.

LAND COLLECTIVE is working with Camana Bay implementing the Enrichment and Enhancement Program, ensuring that art and culture continue to be integrally woven into the fabric of this burgeoning town. In addition, David Rubin participates as a member of the town’s Architectural Review Committee (ARC), monitoring new project efforts as the thriving community grows, and acts as a design-auditor for the town, periodically reviewing town growth, ensuring the original vision for the town remains true.
