Land Collective Shortlisted for Hazelwood Green
DAVID RUBIN Land Collective is honored to be among eight teams, narrowed from a field of thirty, selected to vie for the opportunity to create central community gathering and event space at Hazelwood Green. The 178-acre former steel mill site, which is the City of Pittsburgh’s largest riverfront redevelopment project and last urban brownfield, is envisioned to become a world-class model for sustainable development, with a site-wide goal of net positive energy.
Land Collective will lead a team that includes Agency Landscape + Planning, Stephen Gray, ETM Associates, Sci-Tek Consultants, Nspiregreen, and Chris Wangro.
