City and Federal Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQs)

DAVID RUBIN Land Collective is honored to hold or have held a number of IDIQs for City and Federal agencies. We relish these opportunities to problem-solve on behalf of extraordinary agencies and the public landscapes they steward with an aspiration to provide equitable and identifying landscapes for all.

Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts provide for an indefinite quantity of services for a fixed time. They are used when governing agencies cannot determine, above a specified minimum, the precise quantities of supplies or services that the government will require during the contract period. IDIQs help streamline the contract process and speed service delivery.

IDIQ contracts are utilized for architect-engineering services. Awards are usually for base years and option years. Governments place task orders (for services) against a basic contract for individual requirements.

Land Collective is pleased to be listed under the following IDIQs:

  • GSA National AEI IDIQ Contract, Pool A (2022-2027): Land Collective is teamed with STUDIOS Architecture to provide landscape architecture and planning services for the design of public projects in The Great Lakes Region (Region 5).
  • National Park Service Eastern United States Denver Service Center (2022-2027): Land Collective is teamed with GWWO Architects to provide landscape architecture services within the Northeast and Capital Region.
  • Philadelphia Parks & Recreation (2020 – 2024): Land Collective is leading this contract to provide landscape architectural services for capital projects undertaken by the City Parks and Recreation Department.
  • National Park Service – Northeast Region (2018-2023): Land Collective is working with GWWO Architects to provide landscape architecture and planning services across the Northeast Region of the United States.
  • National Park Service – National Capital Region (2020-2025):  Land Collective is working with GWWO Architects to provide landscape architecture and planning services for NPS-managed properties throughout the National Capital Region, which is focused in Washington, D.C.
  • Nationally Recognized Museum Institution (2020-2030): Land Collective is teamed with both GWWO Architects and Ewing Cole to provide landscape architecture services for properties managed by this institution nation-wide.
